Jonathan Holland

Jonathan has a broad base of experience in human services, programs, and business. He served as the Sr. Director of Development and Compliance at the Applied Information Management (AIM) Institute where he advanced and established the implementation of compliance policies, procedures, and audits throughout the organization. He also provided leadership in grant writing, contract submissions, budgeting, and contract and grant award compliance.

During his career, he has also held increasingly responsible positions with the Boy Scouts of America in Texas including District Executive, District Director, and Field Director where he was responsible for program implementation and quality. Jonathan has human services background and experience as well. He served as the Operations Director for The Beacon, Houston’s largest homeless drop-in center. He was responsible for contract compliance, program and service delivery, and fiscal responsibility.

Jonathan holds a Master of Arts degree in Non-Profit Management from the University of Houston-Downtown. He is working on his Doctor of Education Degree with an emphasis on Interdisciplinary Leadership from Creighton University.
