Ashley Ehret

Ashley Ehret is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer currently working independently since October 2019, with certifications in CPR and AED from the American Heart Association. Concurrently, since October 2017, Ashley has served as a Regional Alternate at the Christian Opportunity Center, where responsibilities include working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, training at multiple HCBS group homes, and enhancing the quality of life for those supported. Ashley holds an Associate's degree in Human Services from Kirkwood Community College, earned between 2012 and 2014.
