Kerry Delgado-Lee MS SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President of People Strategy for the Medical Group & Community Services at Christiana Care Health System since 2001. Responsibilities include partnering with senior leaders on talent management strategies, collaborating with HR Leadership to align resources for growth, and improving the employee experience. Previous roles within Christiana Care include Corporate Director positions overseeing HR Business Partners, Talent Optimization, and Talent Acquisition & Engagement. Additionally, roles at CIGNA and ChristianaCare laid a foundation in employee relations and recruitment. Kerry holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from Widener University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from the University of Delaware.
