James Thompson

James Thompson is a freelance writer for Christianity Today since November 2022, focusing on topics related to the global church, missions, and world religions. In addition, James serves as an International Campus Minister for CMF International, supporting Thai and international students near Thammasat University. Previous experiences include roles as a substitute teacher at Screven County High School, a Fulbright Scholar producing a documentary on churches in Germany, a communications intern for Governor Nathan Deal, and various internships in media and public relations. James holds a Master's degree in Intercultural Studies from Columbia International University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Journalism and History from the University of Georgia.
