Kristen May

Kristen May, MA, is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Marketing Manager at Christianity Today since March 2022, Kristen previously held roles at TANK New Media as Lead Content Strategist, where responsibilities included account management, content strategy development, and overseeing freelance writers. Prior experience includes roles as Content Strategist at Invoq Marketing, Marketing Manager at Discover Lancaster, and Executive Assistant at the PA Dutch Convention & Visitors Bureau. Early career experience includes positions at Fulton Theatre and Lancaster Bible College, where Kristen demonstrated strong operational and customer service skills. Kristen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Children & Family Ministry and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership, both from Lancaster Bible College | Capital Seminary & Graduate School.
