Solary Ha

Solary Ha has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2006, they worked for Qantas Airways in roles such as Coordinator Cabin Crew Administration and Recruitment Coordinator, where they managed recruitment processes and coordinated assessment days. In 2013, they joined Pernod Ricard as a North Island Human Resources Business Partner and later became an HR Coordinator. From 2018 to 2020, they worked for Harrison Grierson as a Senior HR Advisor, providing maternity cover and managing portfolios in multiple locations. Solary then joined Neptune Pacific Line as a Senior HR Advisor and later became the Human Resources Manager. Their responsibilities included managing HR portfolios across multiple countries. In 2020, they joined George Weston Foods as a People & Performance Business Partner. Currently, they hold the position of People & Culture Director at Christians Against Poverty NZ.

Solary Ha studied at the Manukau Institute of Technology from 2013 to 2015, where they obtained a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2008, they attended The University of Auckland and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Property.
