Sarah Chapman, RN has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the healthcare industry. Sarah began their career as a Staff Registered Nurse IV at Stanford Children's Health | Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford, specializing in neonatology. After gaining experience in the NICU, they transitioned to a role as a Registered Nurse at NovaPro Staffing, where they worked at Cedars Sinai Medical Center and Pomona Valley Medical Center, providing adaptable travel nursing and educating patients and their families.
Sarah then joined Christie Medical Holdings, Inc. as a Clinical Educator and Clinical Sales Specialist, where they played an integral role in the sales process for medical equipment in various patient care areas. Sarah also developed and maintained business relationships with international partners and contributed to the growth of distribution companies overseas. Additionally, Sarah served as the Director of Clinical Operations and Partnerships at Star Product North America, where they focused on enhancing medical practices and improving patient outcomes through the use of medical devices.
In 2012, Sarah founded a successful non-profit organization called Build A Better Benin, which focuses on healthcare and education in Benin, West Africa. Through this organization, they implemented initiatives related to public health, professional education for local nurses, and disease prevention.
Sarah returned to Christie Medical Holdings, Inc. in 2016 as an International Sales Manager. In this role, they worked closely with distribution partners and internal teams to improve and execute channel sales strategies in international regions. Sarah also formulated clinical sales strategies and evidence-based marketing in the global medical device space.
Most recently, Sarah held the position of Vice President of International Channel Sales and Clinical Director at Christie Medical Holdings, Inc. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing international revenue targets and leading the overall go-to-market strategy in over 70 countries.
Throughout their career, Sarah has demonstrated a strong commitment to patient care, healthcare innovation, and international collaboration.
Sarah Chapman, RN pursued their education in two institutions. From 1996 to 2000, they attended Ohlone College School of Nursing, where they studied Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. Following this, in the year 2000, they enrolled in the New Graduate Program at Stanford Continuing Studies. During their time at Stanford, Sarah focused on the field of Neonatology.
