Simon Chaplin

Simon Chaplin has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Simon started their career at Christie & Co in 1983, where they worked as a Negotiator in the Licensed Trade Team. Simon then moved to Bristol in 1985 to assist in opening a new office, where they continued to specialize in Pubs & Restaurants.
