Nicole Jacoby has a strong background in legal and compliance roles. Nicole most recently worked at Christie's as the Senior Vice President and Head of Compliance for the Americas. Prior to that, they served as the First Deputy General Counsel at the NYC Office of the Comptroller for six years. Nicole also worked as the Special Counsel in the Banking Division at the NYS Department of Financial Services. Nicole began their legal career as an Associate at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP and Alston & Bird LLP. Before transitioning to the legal field, Nicole worked at CNN as an Associate Producer-Writer for five years.
Nicole Jacoby has an extensive education history. Nicole obtained a Master of Laws (L.L.M.) degree in Law from the University of Münster in 2005-2006. Prior to that, they earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Law from Fordham University School of Law from 2001 to 2004. In their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Relations and German at Tufts University from 1991 to 1995. Before attending Tufts University, they completed their high school education at the American School in London, where they obtained a High School Diploma. Nicole also holds a High School Diploma from John F. Kennedy Schule, where they studied from 1984 to 1989. Additionally, Nicole Jacoby has received a Chainalysis Reactor Certification from Chainalysis Inc. in September 2022.
