Ryan Tinsley

Ryan Tinsley is an experienced professional with a diverse background in pastoral care and workforce development. Currently serving as a Pastor at Bethlehem Temple Church since March 2018, Ryan also holds the position of Assistant Property Manager at Christopher Community, Inc. since March 2015. Previously, Ryan worked with the County of Sullivan New York, Center for Workforce Development from 2004 to 2015, where roles included Employment & Training Specialist and Lead Disability Program Navigator. Early career experience includes positions such as Vocational Education Specialist and Case Coordinator at Rehabilitation Support Services Inc., as well as MICA Counselor and Residential Counselor at various organizations. Ryan's work has focused on assisting individuals with disabilities and supporting clients in achieving independence and job placement.
