Emily Regan has a diverse work experience in various roles related to education and child development. Emily started their career in 2009 as a student teacher at Woodlawn Community School, where they developed classroom management strategies and established connections with parents. Following that, they worked as a lead infant teacher at Little Green Tree House, creating a nurturing environment for infants and maintaining open communication with parents. Emily then interned as an administrative and family services intern at Advocate Condell Medical Center, where they collaborated with colleagues to create professional development teacher training and updated the center's website. In 2013, they worked as a research scientist at Intertek before transitioning to the role of master teacher at Christopher House. In this role, they implemented curriculum, conducted child assessments, and provided supervision to assistant teachers.
Emily Regan attended the Erikson Institute from 2011 to 2013, where they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Child Development. Prior to that, they studied at Michigan State University from 2005 to 2010, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching.
