Lukas Grech has a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 as an intern at Scania, where they operated machine tools for engine crankshaft production. Lukas then interned at the European Patent Office in 2013, reclassifying technical mechanical patents in multiple languages. In 2013, they joined Spirax Sarco and held various roles, such as Sales Engineer, Sales Team Leader, Sales Manager, and eventually Director & General Manager, responsible for the overall management and strategic implementation of digital transformation projects. In 2022, Lukas became the Country Manager at LeoVegas Group, and in 2023, they took on the role of Sales Director EMEAI at Chromalox. Throughout their career, Lukas has demonstrated expertise in strategic account management, sales growth, and leadership.
Lukas Grech completed their education in a chronological order. In 2006, they attended Sir M.A. Refalo, Higher Secondary, where they pursued A-Levels with a focus on Maths and Physics. From 2008 to 2012, Lukas studied at the University of Malta, earning a Bachelor of Engineering with Honors in Industrial Engineering. Lukas then continued their education at Deakin University from 2017 to 2019, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
