Pauline Derre

Pauline DERRE has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as Chargée de Mission RH at CHRONO Flex France since October 2020, where responsibilities include team animation, KPI monitoring, and managing a high volume of technical and specialized recruitments. Previous roles include Chargée de Recrutement, where Pauline led sourcing, onboarding processes, and employee development initiatives, and Assistante Ressources humaines, focusing on recruitment and team support. Prior to CHRONO Flex, Pauline worked at Expleo Group as Assistante Relations écoles, coordinating school relations and recruitment events, and at Office de Tourisme La Baule as Référent Billetterie, managing ticketing services and partnerships. Pauline holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Development and has completed relevant training in resource management and tourism promotion.
