Susan Nieves

Susan Nieves is a seasoned professional in data analytics and program management, currently serving as the Manager of Data Analytics at Chrysalis since January 2019. In this role, Susan facilitates grant enrollment, maintains essential databases, and collaborates with external stakeholders to ensure compliance with contract obligations. Previous experience includes tutoring English to Italian-speaking students, interning at Bologna Connect to promote Italian culture, and holding various leadership positions at the University of California, Santa Cruz, where Susan managed budgets, organized events, and advocated for funding.
