Giorgos Kylafas

Giorgos Kylafas is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in mobile application development and network management systems. Currently serving as Mobile Team Lead engineer at Xrysi Eukairia since January 2021, Giorgos specializes in Android development using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. Prior to this role, Giorgos worked at Etraveli Group for nearly a decade as Android Lead Engineer, where development of Android applications utilized Kotlin, Java, and Jetpack libraries. Earlier experiences include roles at Intracom Telecom and Intracom, focusing on network management systems development with technologies such as C++, PL/SQL, and Tcl. Giorgos also taught Informatics courses at AXION. Educational credentials include a PhD candidacy in Intelligent Optical Networks and an Engineer's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.
