Izabela Trofin

Izabela Trofin is an experienced payroll manager with a strong background in human resources and administration. Currently serving as a Gestionnaire de paie at CHU d'Angers since June 2022, Izabela previously held similar roles at Groupe EVS and XPO Logistics France. Responsibilities have included managing payroll variables, handling disciplinary measures, and overseeing employee documentation for up to 300 staff members. Prior experience includes HR and quality roles at VALSOLEIL, customer service at MTP - Międzynarodowe Targi Poznańskie, and an internship at Leszczyńskie Centrum Biznesu.
