Sio Cheng Cheong

Sio Cheng Cheong has extensive experience in business analysis and application support, currently serving as a Business Analyst – Business Intelligence at Chubb since February 2009. In this role, Sio is responsible for gathering business requirements across various systems in the APAC region, collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Previously, Sio worked at Chubb as an Application Support Analyst, implementing key reporting tools such as AMIR and EMIR. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Service Support Specialist at DHL IT Services, focusing on the SMART reporting tool, and as an Application Support professional at Lafarge Malayan Cement Berhad, providing support for JDEdwards ERP applications. Sio holds a Bachelor (Hons) of Science in Computer Science/Information Technology from Staffordshire University, as well as a Higher Diploma in the same field from Kolej Damansara Utama.
