Bettina Chastain

Bettina Chastain, P.E. serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors at Chugach Electric Association, having started on the board in May 2015 and re-elected in May 2019. Bettina is also the Principal Consultant at Arktis LLC since August 2010. Prior to this role, Bettina founded Emerald Consulting Group LLC, where the position of President and CEO was held from January 1996 to August 2010. Bettina Chastain earned a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arizona between 1985 and 1989.
