Dustin Highers

Dustin Highers has extensive experience in the energy and marine engineering sectors, currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Programs and Vice President of Production at Chugach Electric Association since July 2002. Previous roles at Chugach include Sr Manager Production, Plant Manager for Peaking & Hydro, and Rotating Equipment Engineer. Prior to Chugach, Dustin held positions as a Service Engineer at GE and as a Commissioning Engineer/Site Manager at Alstom Power. Early in the career, roles included Mechanical Engineer and Alpine Project Engineering Coordinator at ASRC Parsons Engineering LLC, and various marine engineering positions, culminating in ownership and directorship at Western Pacific Marine Ltd. Dustin served as a Lieutenant in the US Navy Reserve and holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering Systems from the United States Merchant Marine Academy, a Master's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University, and a Certificate from the NRECA Robert I. Kabat Management Internship Program at the University of Wisconsin.
