Scott Girard

Scott Girard possesses extensive experience in engineering and client services within the electrical utility sector. Currently serving as Principal Engineer at Doble Engineering Company since April 2019, Scott has also held the position of Senior Engineer in Client Services. Prior to this, Scott brought valuable expertise to Chugach Electric Association, where responsibilities included implementing a substation predictive maintenance program and performing high voltage substation apparatus testing as a Senior Substation Technician. Scott also acted as Manager of Substation Operations at Girard Technical Services from January 2008 to April 2019. An alumnus of the University of Alaska Fairbanks, Scott holds a Master of Science in Engineering Science Management and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
