Tiffany Wilson

Tiffany Wilson is an accomplished human resources professional currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Chugach Electric Association since October 2023. With previous experience as the Director of Human Resources at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. from 2021 to 2023, Tiffany also held significant roles in the energy sector, including Head of Human Resources at PBF Energy's Torrance Refinery from 2018 to 2020 and Senior Director of Human Resources for US Refining at Andeavor from 2015 to 2018. Tiffany's career began at Phillips 66, where time was spent leading human resources for multiple refineries from 2000 to 2015. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management & Development from Alaska Pacific University and a Master's degree in the same field from the University of La Verne.
