Oh Yu Song

Oh Yu Song is an experienced safety officer and laboratory executive with a strong background in biomedical sciences and safety management. Currently serving as a Senior Safety Officer at Chugai Pharmabody Research since February 2022, Oh Yu Song has played a critical role in the planning and execution of COVID-19 response measures, including the automation of processes to enhance accuracy. Prior experience includes a position at NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, where responsibilities involved implementing safe management measures and adhering to ISO45001 standards. Earlier roles included working as a Medical Technologist at KK Women's & Children's Hospital and a Lab Technician with the Ministry of Home Affairs Singapore, alongside experience in research support at both the Translational Research Institute and Republic Polytechnic. Oh Yu Song holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from The University of Queensland and is pursuing a Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health from the Singapore Institution of Safety Officers.
