Betsy Bies

Betsy Bies has extensive experience in customer service and education, currently serving as the Customer Service Manager at Chums, Inc. since February 2017, after initially working as a Customer Service Representative at the same company. Previous roles include Instructional Assistant at Joseph Gale Elementary School, Assistant Cross Country Coach at Pacific University, and English Teacher at both Neil Armstrong Middle School and Creswell Middle School, where language arts were taught to grades 7 and 8. Early career experience includes working as a Receptionist at Shlesinger & deVilleneuve Attorneys, PC, managing intake calls and preparing litigation documents. Betsy Bies holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Oregon and a Master of Education in Secondary Education and Teaching from Bushnell University.
