Additionally, Rivadeneira has been the leader of the Celebrate Recovery Program for the Church of the Nazarene since 2013, contributes as a Finance Committee Member for The Salvation Army, and has held managerial positions at KPMG, AB InBev (SAB Miller), and ExxonMobil.
