Anita Shervington

Anita Shervington is the Founding Director of BLAST Fest and holds the position of Director at Community Perspectives. Anita is also a Winston Churchill Travelling Fellow at the Winston Churchill Memorial Trust UK. Anita is a Fellow at The RSA and has previously held roles such as Engagement Fellow at Wellcome Trust and Community Engagement Co-ordinator at Cook and Eat Well Coventry. Anita has a background in community health and has worked as a Food Health Advisor in maternal health at the NHS. Anita has also served as a Community Organiser and Women's Capacity Builder at Women Acting In Today's Society and as a Community Ambassador at the National Trust. Anita holds a Foundation degree in Community Health from Birmingham Newman University.
