Stephen Hill

Stephen Hill is the Founder of C2O futureplanners, where strategic advice is provided on the design and implementation of spatial planning and development projects since 2007. Previously established as Capital Action in 1988, this practice aims to address social, economic, and environmental injustices through innovative land ownership and investment strategies. Hill holds multiple noteworthy positions, including Membership in The Edge Debate, recognition as a RICS Lifetime Achievement Award recipient, and contributions to the International Center for Community Land Trusts and Grounded Solutions Network. Additional roles include being a Fellow with the Winston Churchill Memorial Trust UK, Specialist Expert for the Design Council, and previous Trustee appointments with the UK Cohousing Network and National CLT Network. Hill's academic foundation includes a Master of Arts in Land Economics from the University of Cambridge, completed in 1970.
