Orit Amir is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership coaching and business development. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Tipando since 2020, Orit leads the company in providing corporate customers with innovative growth programs and development services through a scalable technology platform. Orit also serves as an Executive & Team Coach at Churchill Leadership Group Inc. and as a Global Strengths Coach at Gallup. Additionally, Orit has held the role of Senior Birkman Consultant and founded EarlySmart International, offering various consulting and coaching services. Previous positions include Director of Israel Business Development at conexx: America Israel Business Connector and various marketing director positions at notable companies. Orit holds an Executive Management Program degree from Tel Aviv University and a BA in Management from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo.
