Marc Sinclair

Marc Sinclair has extensive experience in financial management and accounting, currently serving as the Group Financial Controller and Company Secretary at Churchill China plc since January 2018. Prior roles include Financial Controller at Assurant and roles as Group Financial Accountant at the same company, as well as positions at Brammer Group and The Hut Group. Sinclair began a career in finance at BDO LLP as an Audit Senior, gaining foundational experience in auditing. Additional experience includes working as a Financial Analyst at 3M and in roles at Johnsons Business Moves. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Business Studies with a specialization in Finance from Northumbria University.
