Ian Carmichael

Ian Carmichael is an experienced retail management professional with a strong background in leading teams and delivering high-quality customer service across various companies. Currently serving as Dual Site Manager at Church's since February 2020, Ian has previously held positions including Store Manager at Links of London, Concession Manager at Fossil Group, Inc., and Assistant Retail Manager at LVMH, where responsibilities included overseeing operational efficiency and team development. Ian's retail career began as a Supervisor at JD Sports Fashion plc and Foot Locker Europe, building foundational management skills.
