Niki McLamb

Niki McLamb has a strong background in quality assurance and software testing. Niki currently works at ChurnZero as a Quality Assurance Engineer since January 2021. Before that, they worked at SoftPro for 14 years from May 2007 to January 2021 as a Senior Quality Engineer. Prior to SoftPro, they worked at IBM as a Software Tester for 7 years from March 2000 to May 2007.

Niki McLamb attended Appalachian State University from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Anthropology.
