Joanna Hicks

JoAnna Hicks has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as General Manager at Chuy's Restaurants since May 2008, where responsibilities have included opening and developing the first store in a new market, staff development, and overseeing daily operations. JoAnna has held various managerial roles within Chuy's, including Assistant General Manager, Catering Manager, Bar Manager, and Trainer, focusing on operations, marketing, hiring, and financial management. Prior to Chuy's, JoAnna worked as Acting General Manager at Katz's Express from September 2006 to May 2008, managing day-to-day operations. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Sam Houston State University, an MBA from Abilene Christian University, and an Associate of Arts from Lone Star College.
