Toby Paul

Toby Paul possesses extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as a Manager at Chuy's Restaurants since February 2016. Prior roles include General Manager at Zio's Italian Kitchen from November 2008 to February 2016 and Manager positions at Brinker International and Romano's Macaroni Grill in 2013 and from October 2004 to June 2008, respectively. Toby began a career in restaurant management as an Assistant General Manager at Fresh Choice from November 2001 to October 2004. Educational background includes attendance at MacArthur High School from 1986 to 1990.
