Sydney Swords has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Most recently, Sydney worked as a Project Coordinator at CI Solutions, starting in December 2021. Prior to that, Sydney served as a Patient Registrar at AMN Healthcare from February 2021 to April 2021. In 2020, Sydney held the position of Outbound Manager at NFI Industries from July 2020 to December 2020. Before that, Sydney worked as a Project Manager at Haris Wellness LTD from February 2019 to November 2019. Lastly, Sydney gained extensive experience as a Store Manager at Tpumps, where they successfully cultivated relationships with employees and customers, managed staff hiring and training processes, and developed effective working dynamics with superiors, subordinates, and peers. Sydney held this role from September 2012 to April 2019.

Sydney Swords graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Computer Information Systems, from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. In addition to their degree, they obtained three certifications: Agile Foundations, Creating a Business Plan, and Finance Essentials for Small Business. These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn in November 2019.
