Fernando Caro has extensive experience in technical and engineering roles, primarily in the energy sector with TRANSENER since October 2008. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Analyst and Instructor in Applied Safety in Protections and Control, Fernando has previously held positions including Operational Manager and Technician in various fields such as protections, communications, and control, specializing in maintenance for Extra High Voltage transformer stations. Prior to TRANSENER, Fernando operated a personal business focused on PC repair and electronics, and worked at Alpargatas S.A. in electrical maintenance and supervision. Education includes a degree in Ontological Coaching from Axon Training, and multiple technical qualifications from Instituto de Formación Docente and Escuela Técnica N°1 in electromecanics, information technology, and electronics.
