Jennifer O'Keeffe

Jennifer O'Keeffe is an experienced operational specialist with a diverse background in management within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving at CIA Omnigage since April 2022, previous roles include Food and Beverage Manager at Wonder World Group and Conference Banqueting Manager at Gleddoch. Jennifer has extensive experience in retail catering as Retail Catering Manager at the University of Glasgow and as Manager/Owner of Cakes 'n' Bakes, where responsibilities included staff management, menu design, and customer service. Earlier roles as a tour operator at Fantasy Golf and Galaxy Golf involved creating golf holiday packages, while supervisory experience at Stray Sod encompassed running bar/restaurant operations.
