Raúl Hurtado Ribeira works as a predoctoral researcher and research support technician at CIAL (CSIC-UAM) since March 2022. Previously, Raúl was involved in the Food Solutions: FoodFE project at EIT Food from April 2021 to November 2021, where Raúl was a finalist and winner of the Students Prize. Raúl studied a Master's degree in New Foods and a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. Their current project focuses on optimizing insect flours as a sustainable ingredient for aquaculture feeds.
