Laboratory Technician at CIAN Diagnostics

Emmanuel Segado has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Emmanuel began their career as a Metal Worker at NTN-SNR in 2013. Emmanuel then worked as an Order Picker and Forklift Driver at GT Logistics in 2014, followed by a brief internship as a Farm Intern at Farm: Les ruchers de Sallagriffon in 2016.

In the same year, Emmanuel joined Carglass® France as a Forklift Driver and Order Picker. Emmanuel also gained experience as a Food Technologist Intern at Nishi Trading, where they established a production line, designed a solar drying system, and implemented a HACCP food safety plan.

Emmanuel's next role was as the President of a student-led international development organization called IMExpertise 2018. During their tenure, they led a team, managed budgets, corresponded with external stakeholders, and designed the association's website. Emmanuel successfully won a tender to produce a documentary series on entrepreneurship in the Senegalese peanut and chicken industries.

Following this, Emmanuel worked at ISTOM as a Laboratory Assistant and Librarian. Emmanuel was responsible for researching documentation, data analysis, and synthesis of documents.

In 2019, Emmanuel held a research officer position in animal husbandry and fish production systems at CIRAD.

From 2020 to 2022, Emmanuel worked at Max & Ruffy's as a Quality Technician and later as a Food Processor. Emmanuel ensured quality standards and was involved in food processing operations.

Currently, Emmanuel is employed as a Laboratory Technician at CIAN Diagnostics, where they apply their technical skills in the laboratory.

Emmanuel Segado completed their education chronologically as follows:

From 2006 to 2009, they attended Lycée Baudelaire, where they obtained their Baccalauréat degree. Their field of study was Earth science, physics and chemistry, general.

From 2014 to 2019, they studied at ISTOM and earned their Master d'ingénieur en agro-développement international. Their field of study at ISTOM was Agronomy and Crop Science.
