Clint Chicoine

Clint Chicoine is an experienced estimating manager with a strong background in electrical utility project management and estimation. Currently serving as Estimating Manager at CIANBRO since November 2021, Clint previously held the position of Chief Estimator at Sargent Electric Company and Senior Estimator at CIANBRO. Prior experience includes project management roles at Haugland Group LLC and E.S. Boulos, where Clint managed various electrical utility projects throughout New England. Early career experience includes serving as a project engineer at Ark Engineering and significant military service as a heavy equipment operator in the US Army. Clint holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Southern Maine.
