Joseph Orlando Pe

Joseph Orlando PE has extensive engineering experience, currently serving as a Senior Design Manager and previously as a Senior Design Engineer at CIANBRO since April 1995. Prior to this, Joseph worked as a Nuclear Engineer at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard from June 1989 to August 1993, focusing on the design and procurement of specialized rigging equipment for nuclear submarine refueling and the design of refueling facilities. Earlier in their career, Joseph was a Structural Engineer at Electric Boat from June 1983 to June 1989, where the work involved structural analysis of submarines and land-based prototypes. Joseph earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, having attended from 1979 to 1983, and furthered education at the University of Connecticut from 1983 to 1985.
