Mary Nzoka

Mary Nzoka is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Officer at CIB Kenya Limited since May 2022, Mary previously held similar positions at GTBank Kenya and Andela, where responsibilities included employee coaching, cultural management, and event facilitation. Additional experience includes HR analytics at KPMG and employee file management at the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric Aids Foundation. Mary began their HR journey with roles at Life Ministry Kenya and Kenafric Industries Ltd, contributing to recruitment, policy development, and performance management. Mary holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Karatina University and certifications in Leadership and Accounting.
