Bernadette Mesina, CHRL, has extensive experience in human resources and compensation governance, primarily at CIBC since February 2007, where Bernadette has held various senior roles including Director of Compensation Governance and Director of Performance Enablement. Prior to CIBC, Bernadette gained experience as a Performance Management Intern at Deloitte and Touche LLP. Bernadette's educational background includes an Honours B.A. from the University of Toronto, additional studies at Humber College, and specialized training at Queen's University and Korn Ferry Hay Group.
