Dilanka Tyrer

Dilanka Tyrer, MSc, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, OCM, HCD is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business transformation, customer experience design, and charitable initiatives. Currently serving as the Founder of Kalyana Mitta since 2023, Dilanka is dedicated to providing charitable aid to impoverished communities. At CIBC, Dilanka holds the position of Director, Digital Customer Experience and Partnerships, leading human-centered service design for business banking initiatives. Previous roles include Senior Manager positions at CIBC, Senior Business Transformation Consultant at the City of Toronto, and Consultant at Deloitte Canada. Additionally, Dilanka co-founded UComparePlans, an online price comparison service, and Mentor Partnership, a non-profit focused on academic and career mentorship.
