Jim Maracle

Jim Maracle is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in cloud and infrastructure engineering, currently serving as Director of Cloud Engineering and Director of Infrastructure Engineering at CIBC since December 2005. Maracle oversees multiple teams that develop and integrate core infrastructure solutions, managing significant operating and capital expenditures while focusing on cost reduction. Prior roles include Director of Global Systems Management and various managerial positions where Maracle improved system stability and automation efficiency. Prior to CIBC, Maracle held leadership roles at Radiant Communications, InQuent Technologies, EDS Canada, and Horn Plastics Inc., supported by a degree in Electronic Techniques from Durham College.
