Murtaza Ali

Murtaza Ali is a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in project management within the financial services sector. Currently at CIBC, Murtaza leads a large-scale repricing initiative for secured lending products, focusing on regulatory compliance and portfolio optimization. Murtaza's previous roles include managing enterprise-level SaaS fintech implementations at Inovatec Systems and overseeing transformation projects in unsecured lending at CIBC, where initiatives were aimed at portfolio pricing optimization and client engagement strategies. Prior to that, Murtaza held positions in project and contract management at Biglop Inc. and SRACO, and began a career in chargeback and fraud analysis at i2c Inc. Murtaza holds a Master's degree in Business Information Technology with a specialization in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Technology focusing on Accounting and Finance from the University of the Punjab. Murtaza is also certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP®) and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM®).
