Lilian Furuya

Lilian Furuya is a Product Owner at Cibra, responsible for leading and guiding groups to deliver products/projects that support the company's strategic objectives using agile methods. With a background in process improvement and quality analysis, Lilian has experience in data analysis, problem-solving, and implementing operational excellence projects. Previously, as a Digital Consultant, Lilian focused on marketing strategy, graphic design, and social media content creation. With a Master's in Food Science and a degree in Food Engineering, Lilian also has a specialization in industrial process engineering. Lilian is currently pursuing a degree in Enterprise Agile Coach to further enhance their skills.
