Frank Yan

Frank Yan has a diverse work experience in sales and marketing roles. Frank is currently working as the CRM Director - China at CIBT since September 2023. Prior to this, they were the GM Sales at VFS Global from June 2018 to September 2023. Frank also served as the VP of Sales at Tianhai Mail from June 2017 to May 2018. Frank was the Commercial Director at Mahan Air from July 2015 to June 2017, where they led sales, marketing, and pricing strategies. Frank has also held positions such as Sales Director at ADP, Director of Sales & Marketing at Carlson Wagonlit Travel, and HOS at Expedia from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, they worked as Head of Sales at Egencia from 2010 to 2012, and as a Senior Sales Manager at American Express from 2006 to 2010. Frank's career began as a Sales Manager at HRG from 2004 to 2006.

From 2000 to 2004, Frank Yan studied at Shanghai Maritime University, where they earned a bachelor's degree in Travel Management.
