Kayle Corey's work experience includes positions at various companies. In 2012, Kayle worked as a Web Administrator (Co-op) at Fairchild Semiconductor. Following this, they had a brief role in the Information Technology Department at the City of Portland. In 2013, Kayle worked as a Help Desk Lead and Technical Trainer at Southworth Products. From 2016 to 2017, they served as an IT Operations Manager at Vets First Choice. Kayle then worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Southern Maine Community College from 2014 to 2019. In 2018, they joined Capital One as an IT Delivery Manager until 2019, when they transitioned to the role of Manager, Production Support until 2022. Finally, at Capital One, Kayle served as a Senior Software Engineering Manager from 2022 until their departure in 2023. Currently, Kayle is the Director of Global Helpdesk Operations at CIBT.
Kayle Corey attended Sanford High School from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a High School Diploma in Information Technology. They then pursued further education at the University of Maine at Farmington in 2006-2007, studying Education. From 2011 to 2013, Kayle attended Southern Maine Community College and earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Computer Technology. Later, they enrolled at Saint Joseph's College and studied Education and Information Technology from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, Kayle gained several certifications in the IT industry, including AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services in 2021, Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in 2018, and various Microsoft and VMware certifications in 2014.
