Latonza Strickland

Latonza Strickland is a Regional Service Delivery Manager for the Americas at CIBT, where responsibilities include consulting on complex matters, risk mitigation, and managing US and global immigration programs. Prior experience includes roles at Apple, such as Lead Genius, where strategies were developed to enhance customer service and optimize operations, and various positions in operations management, data analysis, and project coordination. Latonza holds a degree in Retailing Consumer Science from the University of Houston and recently obtained a Project Management Certificate from Google Creative Campus.
