Emmanuel Yon

Emmanuel YON has extensive experience in information systems management within the transportation sector. Currently serving as Directeur des systèmes d'information at CIBTP France since October 2022, Emmanuel previously held significant roles at Keolis from December 2015 to 2022, including Directeur des Systèmes d'Information Groupe, where responsibilities included defining and implementing the information systems policy and supporting the group's digital transformation. Prior positions at Keolis Lille Métropole, Keolis - Direction Déléguée Flandres Artois, and Keolis Artois involved the creation and structuring of IT departments, project management, and enhancing system security and service continuity across multiple subsidiaries. Emmanuel began a career in transportation system definition and marketing at Transports de l'Agglomération d'Elbeuf from 1999 to 2002. Educational qualifications include an engineering degree in Civil Engineering and Urban Planning from CentraleSupélec and a DEA in Transport Economics from ENTPE/Université Lyon 2.
