Frederic Dinguirard

Frederic Dinguirard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, business direction, and consultancy, particularly in climate change, sustainable development, and information technology. Currently serving as Business Director at Union des caisses de France CIBTP since November 2016, Frederic has spearheaded initiatives such as the integration of climate risk into services in collaboration with Météo France and achieved ISO 9001 certification. Previous roles include Chief Information Officer and Senior Project Manager focusing on the French professional identification card to combat undeclared work, and Senior Consultant at the Gabonese Ministry of Equality, where Frederic designed institutional frameworks for assessing inequality. Frederic has also contributed as an expert for the World Bank Group on GHG registries and participated in significant projects related to agroforestry, carbon accounting, and carbon finance across various organizations. Educated at INSA Lyon with an engineering degree in Engineering Mechanics, Frederic brings a robust technical background to all endeavors.
